📦 SHIPPING 📦

Updated Saturday 1 March 2025: due to GSPR I cannot ship to the EU until further notice. If you are in the EU (including ROI/Eire) and you place an order for an item which was not on sale before 13 December 2024 then, highly regrettably, I will need to cancel your order and process a refund.

Under normal circumstances ready-made in-stock items will be despatched within five (5) business days.

RAW items purchased with a finishing upgrade may take three (3) to four (4) weeks.

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail with tracking and insurance, rates as follows (by region, no additional charge for multiple items posted together):-

• United Kingdom - FREE (Royal Mail Tracked 48);
• Europe (including ROI / Eire) - £8 GBP (Royal Mail International Tracked); and
• International / Everywhere Else - £12 GBP (Royal Mail International Tracked).

You will receive an online tracking link once your package has shipped.

All sales are final. I am a one-man show and small scale operation and am unable to offer returns or refunds. In the - hopefully unlikely - event you are dissatisfied please get in touch and I will try to sort something for you.

💸 TAXES & IMPORT CHARGES 💸

Any and all taxes, duties and customs clearance fees arising from any transaction via this website are for you as the buyer to bear and discharge - I will have no responsibility.
